Ok so I am away from DA alot... again....

work is just keeping me so busy and I am looking for a new place so there goes my weekends (what little I have of one working 6 days a week).

But it's worth it (or so I keep telling myself)

I will return in due course, once thing settle back down.

Can anyone recommend a good laptop brand? I need to buy a new one for work and am a bit out of me depth.

Specification are:
* under $1000
* full sized
* will be used to run microsoft office applications, photoshop, internet, other basic business-type programs.

****Update: Thank you to all who made their recommendations. Much appreciated. And for those who are interested I ended up buying an acer 13" which was thin as with some kick ass specs to boot. Cost a little (well double) more than I wanted to pay, but work is good atm so who cares), plus I'm gonna write it off on tax anyway. ***

Have been doing a few shoots of late, and have a few more lined up. So should be a good stream of photos coming in the next few weeks.

Had a awesome shoot today with a fantastic photographer Bill Zunic. Who was very nice and shot both myself and one of my friends turned new model Bec. 'Twas fun times all round.

Inspired me to get back into it. The last few months work got so busy and time was scarse and so modelling had to take a back seat. But watching Bec today reminded my why I stared in the first place. So I am going to start making an effort to allocate more time for it.

So why do u guys care? Well if you a photographer now is the time to pitch a shoot. If you a fan, some new photos will be appearing starting as of today. If your Tim, wtf! It's called CALLING me if u want to know what is going on in my life. If you some random who stumbled across this, why r u still reading it? How could this broing journal rant possibly be of enough interst for you to keep reading? omg, ur stll reading. Yeh, I had suger today.

Ok i'll stop now.
